Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Lav Kumar Gupta Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 30/10/2019 regarding illegal operation of ewaste kilns in the streets and open places on the road from Muradabad to Lal Bagh near Rani Kishori, Uttar Pradesh. Reference is also been made in news report in ‘Hindustan’ dated 28.05.2019. The activities are causing health hazards to the inhabitants.

The District Magistrate, Muradabad and Uttar Pradesh State Pollution Control Board has been ordered to submit a report on the matter with the state PCB appointed as the nodal agency for coordination and compliance.
