Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Heerapur Pargana Baran & Tehsil, District Bulandshahar Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 27/11/2019 regarding illegal operation of slaughter house at Hirapur, Pargana Baran, District Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, resulting in discharge of effluents and foul smell making it difficult for the inhabitants to breathe and also resulting in several diseases.

Report filed by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) informed the Tribunal that necessary action has been taken. In view of the above, the court said that no further order is necessary.
