Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Devi Ram Vs State of Rajasthan dated 10/01/2020 regarding illegal mining and digging of the hill in village Salta Basai, P.S. Gaji, District Alwar, Rajasthan.

The report filed by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board states that there was no illegal mining found but there are encroachments for which District Collector, Alwar, Sub- Divisional Officer, Alwar and Tehsildar, Alwar have been asked to take further action. Keeping in mind the above SPCB report, the tribunal directed further action to be taken in terms of the report expeditiously in accordance with law.
