Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajendra Kumar Chaturvedi, Advocate Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 17/02/2020 regarding allegation of illegal construction at Ghata No. 635 at Village Shivrampur, Tehsil Karvi, District Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, affecting the pond in the area.

The NGT had sought a report from the District Magistrte, Chitrakoot on the matter in its order of April 15, 2019. But even after such a long time, no report has been furnished. The court gives one last opportunity for furnishing the requisite report before April 1, 2020.
