The report filed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), Delhi mentioned that while certain steps had been taken, further steps had been delayed on account of lockdown. But the applicant - Aditya N. Prasad had raised objections against the compliance report. The NGT directed the PCCF, Delhi to submit a further action taken report before December 15, 2020.
