The Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board report on compliance of environmental norms by M/s Bhawani stone crusher, V.P.O. Bajaura, District Kullu, dated 07/07/2020.

The unit has necessary Environment Clearance issued by the competent authority on November 26, 2016 and valid Permanent Registration issued by Industries Department. The unit had applied for renewal of Consent to Operate, which was under process and renewal of Consent to Operate was granted to the unit by the regional officer, Kullu, HPSPCB on May 13, 2020.

The unit has been inspected on a regular basis, the pollution control devices such as sprinklers, wind blocking walls were found to be in place and functional. According to latest air quality monitoring done by the SPCB the results of RSPM levels were within limits.
