owever, it's not clear whether this land, as shown in the record as Jungle-II kisam, has been diverted for non-forest purposes or not.

The NGT directed IDCO to file a affidavit showing the current status of the correspondences between the authorities of the state government regarding diversion of the land allotted to KIIT and as to whether the said land has been diverted for non-forest purpose or not before the next date fixed, August 11, 2021.
