Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Nuggehalli Jayasimha Vs Government of NCT of Delhi & Others dated 19/07/2021.
Grievance in the application was against non-compliance of order of the NGT, October 8, 2020 in O.A. No. 46/2018 requiring the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to issue finalized Guidelines on the subject of ‘Environmental Management of Dairy Farms and Gaushalas’.

The Tribunal was informed that on July 17, 2021, the needful has been done and the CPCB has issued and uploaded on its website the appropriate Guidelines titled ‘Revised Guidelines for Environmental Management of Dairy Farms and Gaushalas’ July, 2021.
