Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shri Krishna Parua & Others Vs West Bengal Pollution Control Board & Others dated 08/09/2021.

The matter related delay in finalising guidelines for ceremonial houses, lawns, banquet halls, club houses especially with respect to water pollution and water management.

The NGT, directed the West Bengal Pollution Control Board to file an affidavit of compliance regarding framing of the final rules for ceremonial houses/lawns, banquet halls, club houses and water pollution control measures.
