Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding violation of environmental norms in the course of construction of a storm water and sewage water drain at a Rajakaluve, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 11/11/2021 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Pavan Vs State of Karnataka dated 11/11/2021.

Grievance in the application is against violation of environmental norms in the course of construction of a storm water and sewage water drain at a Rajakaluve, at Jayanagar near J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru.

The NGT directed the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to look into the matter and take remedial action in accordance with law. An action taken report has to be filed within two months before the Southern Bench of the NGT.
