Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Prakash Chandra Rao Aluggelu Vs State of Karnataka dated 03/02/2022.
The matter related to installation of STP by Dhammanagi Developers at Lilium Gardenia Apartments. It is said that the STP is operating without consent to operate and there are flaws in its designs and therefore pose a health hazard.

The NGT directed the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board to look into the matter and undertake site visit and furnish a report within three months.
