The order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dilip Dixit Vs State of Rajasthan & Others.
A joint committee was constituted by the orders of the NGT, November 7 to look into the matters of mining without environmental clearance in village Odan, tehsil Nathdwara, district Rajsamand, Rajasthan.

The committee has been directed to visit the place and submit the factual and action taken report within four weeks, the NGT, Central Zone Bench, Bhopal said. The matter has been listed for December 13, 2022.
