Sushant Golf City Project taken up by M/s Ansal High Tech Township Ltd. in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh has not obtained any environmental clearance or NOC from the authorities. The project is also coming up without any STP or drinking water supply. Adequate plantation and green belt area have not been provided by the Project Proponent in the development plan of the project.

The court directed notice to be issued to the Ansal High Tech Township Ltd to file its reply on the matter and listed the matter for further consideration, February 2, 2023.
