Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation was granted time for filing an affidavit showing action taken report with regard to removal of the cattles/cowsheds. The affidavit must explain how the cattle sheds were allowed to come into existence in the first instance within the Bidhannagar municipal area and why action was not taken by the Municipal Corporation at that stage itself to remove them.
