Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) chairman, Mr Rajendra K Pachauri, will be visiting the city in the first week of August this year to discuss issues relating to global climate change, chief minister Mr Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee said today. Speaking at a function organised by the West Bengal Pollution Control Board, he said: "The topic (of climate change) is no more an issue for discussion by scientists only.
