SMALL ENGINES MAKE BIG NOISE
The city has been breathing a lot easier ever since a majority of auto-rickshaws plying the road changed to CNG a couple of years ago. But a recent BMC study shows that there has been little respite from noise pollution caused by three-wheeler cargo carriers and passenger auto-rickshaws.
