Magsaysay awardee Sandeep Pandey on Wednesday condemned the UP goverment for the anarchy previling in the state and rising crime against poor.
Addressing a press conference at the Gandhi Bhawan here on Wednesday, Pandey said the National Rural Employment Guaranteed Scheme had become an instrument of exploitation in the hands of gram pradhans and village-level government officials.
