Sanitation hits a low at Margao police barracks [1]

The men-in-uniform putting up at the Margao police headquarters have nothing to cheer about.
For, sanitation has hit a low as the dirty toilets have made life miserable for the police constables occupying the barracks.
A visit to the headquarters revealed the pathetic state of affairs of the toilets attached to the barracks.
