For long, it has been suspected that most plantations taken up by the Forest Department exist on paper only. This time, it has finally been proved that not only were plantation drives undertaken by the Forest Department in Jhajjar fake, but crores that have been shown as salary paid to labourers for this plantation work, have also been siphoned off.
