Dorbar chief admits failure to manage garbage [1]

SHILLONG: Admitting that the Dorbar Shnong have failed to manage the garbage collection system in their respective localities, Synjuk Ki Rangbah Shnong (SKRS) president HP Oflyn Dohling has said that it would be futile to depend too much on the Dorbar Shnong to deal with the problem.
