New Delhi: If you are still using and accepting plastic bags in markets, it is time to switch over to other materials. More than six months after the plastic ban was notified in Delhi, the government has formulated a strategy of penalizing those who are violating the law with a maximum fine of Rs 1 lakh or 5 years imprisonment.
