SHILLONG: The foundation stone laying ceremony for the augmentation of the Mawpat Water Supply Scheme has become a political platform for the newly inducted Congressman AL Hek.
Speakers at the function on Thursday were expected to dwell at length on the details of the project especially the benefits that the people would gain from the water supply scheme.
