THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Coastal Zone Management Authority, which is supposed to take very specific decisions on the sensitive Coastal Regulation Zone, itself is flouting norms. The functioning of the quasi-judiciary body, which has to take a zero tolerance policy towards CRZ violations, has raised many an eyebrow.
