KOCHI: The draft plan of Ernakulam District Panchayat worth Rs 23.85 crore for the current financial year was presented at the development seminar held here on Monday.
As per the draft, Rs 12.02 crore has been allocated for projects under the general category and Rs 7.06 crore for special component projects.
