Aug. 25: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday directed the principal secretary of the revenue department to file an affidavit in a week as to why authorities cancelled pattas to one set of people while issuing it to another set of people in more than 500 acres even after notifying those lands for acquisition to set up the Special Economic Zone at Satyavedu in Chittoor.
