A day after the lease deed for Nayachar Island was registered, a senior minister of the state Cabinet, Mr Kironmoy Nanda sounded a discordant note by claiming that his department was keen to participate in a fisheries and eco-tourism project with the private investor if the proposed chemical hub project falls through.
