New Delhi: Most parts of south, west and central Delhi will have to go without water on December 18 and 19 due to the closure of a canal that provides water to the Haiderpur and Nangloi water treatment plants (WTP). According to sources, the Delhi subbranch canal that supplies water to the WTPs has to be closed to carry out some construction work.
