Harbatiyali (Rajkot): When a young man returned after completing his graduation to his native village in 1975, he was shocked to see no trees in his village. He took up the challenge of making his hometown green; and 35 years later the once parched and drought-hit Harbatiyali village in Tankara village of Rajkot district is green everywhere you look.
