In the first ever biggest deal signed with public sector undertaking, Goa-based National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) will now study the climate changes in Krishna-Godavari basin off the east coast of India.
The project worth Rs 10.37 crore has been awarded to NIO by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
