After BJP legislator from Shimla Suresh Bhardwaj cornered the government over the issue of violations pertaining to constructions in the green belt of Shimla, the government assured to examine the case in which the promoter of Jagson ropeway project has built a house on the Jakhu hill. The area is a no-construction zone.
