Unfortunate citizens of Kolkata, given the power situation during summer in the state, continued to struggle with endless sessions of powercuts today, as there was a shortfall of around 400 MW of power across the state.
As if that was not enough, the hot and uncomfortable weather that prevailed today, added to their distress.
