The Punjab and Haryana High Court directed the Punjab Pollution Control Board to file an affidavit on time-bound programme for the installation of the Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) in the Budha Nullah pollution case. The information has to be furnished by August 9 - the next date of hearing, which has been fixed for August 9.
