Focus on perennial flow in Ganga to ensure cleanliness: Panel [1]

The government needs to focus on ensuring perennial environmental flow in the Ganga river instead of just setting up huge sewage and industrial effluent treatment plants which have failed to cleanse the river, a Parliamentary panel has said.
