BHUBANESWAR: Laila, the cyclonic storm, formed over Bay of Bengal, was heading towards the Andhra Pradesh coast and its outer wings may just graze Orissa causing rain.
The storm after its landfall is likely to move into coastal parts of Orissa.
In anticipation, the State Government has already alerted the coastal district administrations and put in place emergency measures.
