Villages left in the dark, thanks to Forest Dept [1]

SHILLONG: Five villages under Elaka Rymbai and Narpuh in Jaintia Hills have been deprived of electrification due to interference by the Forest department.

The villages which have been deprived of electrification include Borsara, Leigri, Lahalein, Huroi and Hingiria under the jurisdiction of the Khliehriat Sub division in Jaintia Hills district.
