NEW DELHI: Delhi Mayor P. K. Sawhney has announced that a waste-to-energy plant with a capacity of 1,300 metric tonnes garbage per day at Ghazipur and a similar plant at Okhla with a capacity of 2,050 metric tonnes garbage would be set up by the middle of next year.
