KOLKATA, 13 Sept: The managing committee of the proposed petroleum, chemicals and petrochemicals investment region (PCPIR) at Nayachar today decided that the required documentation to secure environmental clearance would be submitted to the West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB) within a few days.
