Madhya Pradesh Forest Minister Sartaj Singh will confer ''Shahid Amrita Devi Bisnoi Forest and Wildlife Conservation Award -- 2008'' on the persons and organisations for providing excellence in conservation of forest and protection of wildlife at a function here tomorrow.
