KOLKATA, 20 SEPT: After a charge was levelled against the state government stating that it has failed to utilise Central funds allotted under NREGA, the state panchayats and rural development department has decided to use the meeting called by the Centre to discuss the future policies of panchayats as a platform to counter the allegation.
