SRINAGAR, Oct 11: Asserting that Jammu and Kashmir was not receiving any royalty from the NHPC power projects in the state, Public Health Engineering Minister Taj Mohi-ud-Din today said the state Government had initiated steps to frame modalities for return of the projects which were handed over to the central corporation under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in 2000.
