More than 350 scientists from 50 countries will be discussing ways to promote science in less developed countries during the three-day 21 {+s} {+t} general meeting of TWAS, the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World beginning on Tuesday.
The Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, will be inaugurating the meeting.
