Voluntary organisation Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) has demanded fresh environmental clearance to the 2000-MW Lower Subansiri Hydroelectric Power Project (LSHEP) and suspension of its construction activities till the project is cleared afresh from environment point of view.
