Shillong:Opposition leader Conrad K Sangma has expressed surprise over the reply of PHE Minister Prestone Tynsong that no amount has been sanctioned for the Greater Selsella Water Supply Scheme for the current financial year of 2010-2011.
"The PHE minister is trying to mislead the people of Garo Hills.
