Rights panel submits recommendations to government

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has urged the State government to distribute the uncultivated land in the custody of the Plantation Corporation of Kerala (PCK) to the families of the individuals affected by Endosulfan toxicity in Kasaragod district.
