The work on 690 Mega Watts Ratle Hydroelectric Project in Kishtwar district will begin early next year as the M/s G V K Hydro Electric Project Pvt Ltd, which was allotted the project in tariff based bidding, has geared up the process of seeking clearances from different agencies.
