Assembly nod to RWH Bill [1]

The Legislative Assembly on Thursday passed the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage system (Amendment) Bill, which seeks to make it mandatory for all new buildings in Bangalore to adopt rain water harvesting technique. Besides, all old buildings with above built-up area of more than 2,400 sq ft should adopt the technique within the specified time.
