New Delhi: For the third day, large parts of the city went without water as the Wazirabad and Chandrawal treatment plants remained shut for most of the day. Presence of ammonia in water, due to which the plants had to be shut on Monday, came down to 1ppm on Wednesday against a desired level of 0.6ppm.
