FINANCE Minister Raghavji presented Rs 65,845-crore Budget in the MadhyaPradeshAssembly on Thursday, saying that for the first time more than half of that amount will be spent on the poor.
The Budget for 20112012, Raghavji's eighth exercisesincetheBJPcameto powerin2003,isanincrease of 28 per cent over the last Budget of 2010-11.
