Ranchi, April 26: Swamped by complaints against a not-so-exhaustive BPL list, which has also thrown a spanner in its ambitious ration card programme, the state government has decided to launch without delay a fresh survey of poverty-stricken families in the rural belt for which it has already received a corpus of Rs 3 crore from the Centre.
