Rain pushes mercury down [1]

Even as the city gets used to the soaring day time temperatures, there was some relief in store for Delhiites on Friday with rain in several parts of the Capital bringing down the mercury.

The maximum temperature settled at 38 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 25 degrees Celsius, four degrees less than Thursday. The Meteorological Department recorded 4.6 mm of rainfall until 8-30 a.m.
